  • For over 12 years, I have worked as a doctor of physical therapy in outpatient orthopedics.

    I have a whole body approach to treatment. Every aspect of your system is interconnected and any disruption within it can have far-reaching effects on your overall well-being.

    We all have “medical baggage,” and although we can not change what happened to you in the past, we CAN change your future.

    Your body will always take the path of least resistance, so if you don’t create balance within your system, injury can result.

    And yes, YOU can improve from where you are today. Do not let anyone tell you that you cannot or that surgery is the only answer.

    Sometimes surgery is necessary, but I believe in the power of the body healing naturally with the proper guidance.

  • Being a certified breath coach, I am passionate about helping people become in-tune with their bodies. This begins with how they breathe and where they breathe. Then I look at how their breath can be improved and how we can put the puzzle pieces together. This involves connecting breath with movement.

    Without proper breathing, dysfunctional movement patterns arise. To feel best in your body, you must first start with your breath!

    Breathwork is an amazing tool for stress management, calming your nervous system, balancing your body, and giving you energy.

    Enhancing breath mechanics and learning specific breath techniques gives athletes a competitive edge. They’re able to instantly refocus, gain mental clarity and optimize their performance when it matters most.

    Our body is a complex system with many layers. We must start at the core and work our way out to get optimal results.

    You must find those deep muscles, the ones you may not even realize you have! This is the foundational training that will lead you to efficiently execute more complex movements. This will NOT be a traditional training style.

    We all have “medical baggage.” As a doctor of physical therapy, it’s my job to be mindful of what your body can handle. I use joint protection strategies to meet your body where it’s at and challenge it to get stronger and be more resilient!
